RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Since all goods are manufactured and custom printed on order/request of the client, there can therefore no returns be accepted.

Returns can only be considered solely on our discretion, in case of wrong order shipped.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Receipt of payment is deemed as confirmation of your order and as a green light to proceed with printing.

Kindly note a 20% cancellation fee will be charged on confirmed orders, if cancelled before printing starts, but if printing has commenced, cancellation cannot be done. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the product will be printed anyway.
